ANNOUNCEMENT

School District No. 92(Nisga’a) wishes to announce that Bobby Laird, Manager of Information Technology, has accepted an appointment to the position of Information Systems Manager with the Regional District of Kitimat Stikine.

Bobby joined School District 92 in May 2011 as IT help desk support and moved into Manager of IT in January of 2017 and served the district in various ways in this role.

On behalf of the School District No. 92(Nisga’a), I wish to personally express our sincerest gratitude and appreciation for Bobby’s outstanding commitment to staff and students and for his exemplary leadership demonstrated throughout his tenure with the school district. The success of our students and our school district would not be where it is at without people like Bobby who are willing to give back more than they receive.

School District No. 92 is now actively seeking a new Manager of Information Technology and will conduct a search beginning this week.

Our very best wishes are extended to Bobby for success in his future endeavors.
